Best Wishes to Jim. I flew as a gunner- Photographer out of Langley and Muroc. I believe I was with him when we ran out of gas and landed on a blacked out Muroc Lake bed. Wiped out the plane and we spent the night at the site as we could not find our way off the lake bed. Fun
