I am looking for photos of 33rd squadron crewmen who were lost on the Sept.1,1944 mission to Davao.Two B-24s were lost, Temptation and Ole'Tomato. Aboard Temptation were:Lt.Robert Lint, Lt.William Mittereder,Lt.Richard Bennett,T/Sgt Chester Neil, T/Sgt Ralph Clark,T/Sgt Maurice Possley, Pvt Charles Sweeney,S/Sgt Edward Sebelski,Sgt Howard Davis,and Sgt Wallace Garner. Aboard Ole'Tomato were: Lt,Donald White,Lt.Alonzo Rountree,Lt.William Brown,Lt.Joseph Coronado, Lt.Nathanial Ball,T/SgtJohn Hooks, T/SgtWayne Shaw,T/Sgt Arther Miller S/SgtRaymond Schutrom,S/SgtChester New,and S/SgtWilliam Steele...Also would like any information about these men....Am working on a story about that tragic day...My Uncle was aboard Temptation,Thanks,Tim Possley |
