Capt Hume was the Pilot that day. The B-24 was the one that I was Co-pilot of when we flew to Australia. It later joined the 19th Sqn at OWI Is. I'm sorry I am unable to name the rest of the crew. Its been a long time to remember names. I'm sure there is a record somewhere that would list all the crew that day. Somewhere in my records I have a report made a Tower Controller giving an eye witness write of the incident. |
