Dear Ben:My "mission of combat experience" log shows that I flew mission #329D-3, on Nov. 24,'44. The target was Matina, flight time was 12 hours and it was my 8th mission. Also, I distinctly remember flying with pilot Wells, so I believe that we can safely conclude that we were on the same plane. Unfortunately, we all flew many missions with different crews and it is impossible to remember the crew makeup. |
